SORRY THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN RENTED
This second story residential apartment is offered either fully furnished apartment, or at the tenants request, it may be let as an unfurnished unit. It has one bedroom, one bath with a covered deck on the ocean shoreline. We are offering this non-smoking space (vaping is allowed) to one or two individuals under a lease. We are open to discussing both short and long term lease options. The property is fully furnished and all utilities are included. Small dogs will be considered with additional rent.
The apartment is available August 1, 2025. The rent is variable dependent upon the length of the lease.
The lease terms will be provised upon request
The rent is due on the 1st of each month
• One year lease: $1200 per month
• Six-month lease: $1300 per month
• Month to Month lease: $1400 per month
• There is a $500 damage deposit
• Small dogs, (25 lb max) (sorry, no cats due to allergies) will be considered with $50/month additional rent
• First and last month's rent as well as the damage deposit are required at lease signing.
• Tenant will be required to obtain renter's insurance.
• Tenant will be responsible for setting up a personal account on DISH for all streaming services.
• Tenant will be required to obtain a PO Box for all mail.
All utilities, including snow plowing are included. The apartment is equipped with in-floor radiant heat and on-demand hot water. Additionally, the apartment is covered by a full house automatic generator, a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. There are two parking spaces for your exclusive use, a private entry, and your own laundry. The living area is an open concept kitchen and living room/dining area. All dishes, utensils, pots & pans and linens are provided. Lastly, there is seating on the deck which is covered that provides shelter during inclement weather that includs a propane BBQ grill.
